My new computer ( Systemax ) with Vista Home Premium freezes so often and we have to reboot to get it to work , that my wife threatens to format the hard drive and install XP .
The Task Manager only works when there are no problems , if you try opening it ( ctrl, alt, delete ) during a freeze the screen gets a transparent grey look and you have to reboot to get the computer to work again .
Can any one help ?
