Steadystate doesn't seem to be working- HELP PLEASE RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • I have installed steady state on Windows XP Professional with SP3.  The restrictions I have set on the user accounts doesn't seem to be working.  Nothing seems to have changed.  The run cmd and notepad are still visible and so it the C drive which I am trying to hide.  Just can't figure out what I have done wrong and really need to protect the pc.

Can anyone give me some ideas or explain where I have gone wrong?  I am sooo frustrated at trying to secure the PC.

    Thanks

  • Hi Boshy888, which restriction have you enabled on the shared user? What if you use high restriction under both Windows restrictions and feature restrictions?
