Subdomain/Childdomain, only one DC?

  • Well.. I was assigned to add a lab.company.com.. There is only ONE Domain Controller. I guess that means it's not possible? I know, > 2 Domain Controllers! :-)

    Is there any different  between a childdomain and a subdomain? Subdomain for me is more a DNS language..

    There is only ONE Domain Controller. I guess that means it's not possible? I know, > 2 Domain Controllers! :-) >>>So yes you need 2 domain controller for child&subdomain.
