  • I used bluescreenview to obtain the information because debugging tools for windows produces an error when installing.  Also, whenever I try to access dump files I get an "access denied" message.

    I chose a random BSOD crash and they all seem to have relatively the same info:

  • hi,

    if it's a new hardware better to check MB, BIOS settings and test a MEMORY with memtest86+

    could be a faulty hardware from a factory, happed to me many at least 2 times.
