please have a look at the below post. I am not able to share images from outlook for iOS to other applications like whats app and so on.
we have a app protection policy which has no restriction to share data with any apps still i dont understand why i am not able to share where as I am able to share a notepad file (.txt).
please note: the onedrive app also has the same app ptotection policy but it works well there.
please assist.

According to my research, this error may be related to iOS. Can you reproduce this issue on Outlook desktop client?
Since here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client but your question is more related to Outlook for iOS, so if your issue continues, it is suggested to post a new thread to the dedicated Answers community for Outlook for iOS:
