Try to repair Windows 10 using DISM :

Hi,
First of all, please describe your issue in English or ask in proper language forum.
Based on my understanding of your issue, please do this:
1. Booted into safe mode (using MSCONFIG).
2. Deleted the contents of C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
3. Turned off safe mode and booted into windows normally.
4. Re-downloaded and attempted to install the update again. If it doesn't resolve your issue, run the built-in Troubleshooter:
Windows Update Troubleshooter
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/windows-update-troubleshooter
Furthermore, you could use the official Windows 10 Enterprise version 1511, build 10586 ISO from the volume center or MSDN subscription to perform the upgrade.

thanks karen form your answer,
we test the Windows 10 upgrade with WSUS. But I thinks we have less space on WSUS Server.
you can also stop Windows update Service than you can delete C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution
