Self Service Portal prompts users for credentials multiple times RRS feed

  • Whenever an end-user navigates directly to the Self-Service Portal (http://servername:8000/smportal) they are prompted for credentials once and then it lets them in.  When I follow the steps here to setup HTTP redirection, users are then prompted 3x for credentials.  None are failed authentication attempts.  What gives?

    Make sure the URL is added to the "Local Intranet" Zone so that Integrated Authentication can work correctly.
