  • Hello!

We need to ensure a couple of things are done:

    1) I see that you've added FCS for the Products, but you need to verify that "Definition Updates" is also selected from the Classifications area.  FCS signatures are classified as Definition Updates

    2) Once you set/verify that, ensure that your WSUS server is correctly syncronizing with MU and you should see lots of available Definitions Updates on your server

    3) Did you install the FCS Update Assistant on your WSUS server?  It properly sets your configuration as well as forces the WSUS server to check for FCS Definition Updates once an hour (as opposed to the default of once a day)

    4)  You should also set/verify that Definition Updates are set to Automatically approve for Installation.  This way you don't have to manually approve each defn update

As for the clients, you need to ensure that the machine is actually pointing to the WSUS server.  You can do this by checking the WSUS computer reports.  If the computer is not listed, you need to configure it accordingly.  This can be done via GP and set the Windows Update settings to the URL of your WSUS server.

    Hope this helps
