SCOM 2012 R2 and Service Now Integration RRS feed

  • Hi Team,

    We have configured Service Now to SCOM using the below URL:


    And from SCOM end we have installed the SCOM_ServiceNow connector, followed the steps given in


    Now when we have alerts are triggered in SCOM, we are not getting tickets created in Service Now. Could you please help me or guide me in fixing this.

    Based on my research, all articles are applied to SCOM 2007. I suspect there are changes for the integration with SCOM 2012. 

    You may need to contact ServiceNow.

    Hope someone here who have successfully integrate SCOM 2012 R2 and Service Now can highlight.

  • Hi 

    The connector is for SCOM 2007 and will not work for SCOM 2012/2016. 

    you can use SCORCH to integrate SCOM with servienow.
