Upgraded Exchange 2007 from SP1 to SP3, now OWA does not work RRS feed

  • Question

  • I upgraded Exchange 2007 from SP1 to SP3 on a Server 2008 machine. The upgrade went fine, but when completed the default web page would not load, giving an error about owaauth.dll. I added preCondition="bitness64" to ApplicationHost.config and it fixed that error.

Now this is what I get:

    Server Error in '/' Application.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
