can't find folder windows 7 (32 bit) RRS feed

  • Question

  • can't find folder
I was instructed to send the manufactur of my Ubiquiti express card th e folwoing folder:
    "windows installation drive:\ProgramData\Ubiquiti"

Quoted from his request on Ubiquiti forum:

"I tried the version 1.2.3 installer on dell vostro 1520 windows 7 64 bit instalation and it worked correctly.

There will be a file named ubiquiti_installer in
    "windows installation drive:\ProgramData\Ubiquiti"

Can you send the file? So that we can figure out the problem that you are facing?"

It is the Ubiquiti SR-71X a/b/g/n express card.  The microsoft control panel/ hardware devices/network controller/properties/resources tab states "Network Controller device and under Resource settings it reads "The device isn't reading any resources because it has a problem".
What does win 7 pro 32-bit mean by this statement?
dell chat advised me to ask MS this also.

    dell vostro 1520, win 7 pro 32-bit

  • ProgramData is a hidden folder. You have to configure Explorer to show hidden files and folders:

  • The problem may be that you're using the path they provided literally. By Windows installation Drive: they most likely mean C: Try typing or pasting this in the address field at the top of an Explorer window. C:\ProgramData\Ubiquiti -Noel
