Emails from a shared mailbox to the same shared mailbox not appearing in the Inbox

When we send emails from a shared mailbox using the Send As permission to the same shared mailbox, it does not appear in the Inbox of the shared mailbox. It does appear in the Sent Items of the person who sent it.Wednesday, July 20, 2016 11:52 AM

Hi,
Please directly send a message to this shared mailbox, confirm if the test message can be received successfully in Inbox folder of it.
Additionally, click the Inbox folder of Shared mailbox, click Send/Receive to update this folder to have a try. Also check the Send As permission and confirm if there is any NDR returned in sender side to report the messages failed to sent.
