  • my printer will not work  hp 7250.  It was working fine but lately cannot print from PC all other things work like scan   copy

    1 can you enter winver in command prompt on computer which printer is connectedand look the os version and os version number ?[for example windows 10  enterprise 1809 (os build 17763.316)]

    2 which method do this user's client computer(win7,win10) connect to printer ?(by using usb cable ,by using wired/wireless  network ,by using   shared printer server )
    3 if you print test document will the Print Jobs also stuck in Print Queue ?
    (we can go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers then click "print test page" )

    5 is your issue printer model HP Photosmart C7250 ?
      can you enter your printer model name and reinstall printer driver for your issue printer on your computer ?
