Critical Alert Scam: Voice "You computer is infected.....etc" RRS feed

  • Grateful you advise where to find the answer I am sure exists but cannot find.

    Frequently get this "critical alert" warning of infected computer (MS Pro Plus), error# 68T3.....etc.

    How can I fix this? Thanks!

    This alert is not legitimate. Upon execution, it will scan your computer and find fake threats, and then it will urge you to purchase its software in order to protect your computer and/or remove the threats.

    To remove the malware note down or take a print out of the below mentioned steps and follow the same;


    Use the Task Manager to exit the browser. Reboot and see if the pop-up goes away.

    Boot your computer in “Safe mode with Networking ” and log into the infected user account then take a full scan.
