MDT 2010 CustomSettings.ini - Capture Image settings RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all,
    I have my CustomSettings.ini set SkipCapture=NO.  When it gets to naming the capture, I have to check off the Capture an Image and name it.  What I want to do is have this already enabled (capture an image) and have it automatically named with the Deploy TS (which it already does) appended with today's date.  Is there a way to do this?  Thanks.

Answers

  • Sure.  Just add the following to customsettings.ini:

    DoCapture = YES
    BackupFile = %TaskSequenceID%-#day(date) & "-" & month(date) & "-" & year(date)#
