Not able to login Microsoft office 365 online using Performance tools

  • Hi Team,

We have developed and integrated with 'One drive' excel and there is furthuer functionality after accessing One drive. We have to perform performance testing using Jmeter tool. Below steps followed:

    1. Recorded the login with our account flow using the Jmeter tool> follow other steps

    2. Reply the recorded script

    3. Observe results> the results shows 'Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in' though just replayed the script immediately after recording.

POST - Successful - able to get response

POST - Failed with 200 code (Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in) though used all recorded parameters.

Please suggest if log in to office 365 is possible using Jmeter tool or are we missing anything here?

    Please guide.

  • That's a question you should address to the tool vendor.

  • Thanks for the update. The challenge what i can see is the login request goes with many dynamic values like 'flowToken',  'canary' etc..For login request what values are required to pass and from where these values can be extracted.

    POST data:

    Modified actual request.

For the above request getting response as:  (Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in)

    Please guide.
