  • Hi azhar05hk,

Insert your Wiindows 7 installation disc, then perform startup repair to check if it works.

If the issue persists, try an In-Place Upgrade.

  • Hi Azhar05hk

if you have any system image taken before you can boot from windows repair disk and try restoring to previous point.

or try to boot from windows setup DVD and start the repair wizard.

    I hope this will help

Well I just had this problem and I found in the bios that there was a setting for the computer to either auto detect whether you were using the laptop screen or an external screen. I went in and changed the setting to look for laptop screen only and it was fixed. This was on a Toshiba laptop under the advanced settings in the bios.
