I received the Vista beta2 DVD from Microsoft.
So when I was installing (doing fresh install) , after entering the product activation key , (provided in the DVD cover), I get this message :
"Setup failed to open the Windows image file" & I am not able to proceed further.
Also when I just put the DVD , to see the contents, it tries to autorun and gives this message:
" The application or DLL G:\sources\SPWIZENG.DLL is not a windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette"And when i see the Readme file, which says :
"For important information that you should know before you install
these products, see Setup.htm in the \Docs folder of the DVD."
But I am not able to find any Setup.htm file
Pleas help how to proceed now? Is the DVD provided by Microsoft itself is corrupt?
I tried with another similar DVD but facing the same problem.
