    Hi,

    Can I manage Windows Server 2012 Core remotely from my windows server 2008 R2 as a client?

    Can I install and manage IIS remotely?

    Do IIS 8.0 and 7.5 conflict with each other?

    Hi,

    You can remote manage a server core server via PowerShell, Server Manager and so on. Please refer to the following article.

    Regarding to install IIS, please refer to following articles. You can remotely use those commands to install.
