Mac OS can´t connect to Exchange server 2007 RRS feed

  • Hello

    I have problem with Mac computers when they want to connect to our exchange server.
    Today the issue started to appear.
    I have never seen this problem before. I have restarted the Exchange services with hope that it would work afterwards, still the problem remains. They can connect to the OWA through web browser but not through their mail application. For all windows users it works.

    Any clue how to proceed on this one?

  • Hi Amir,

    Which Exchange version are you used? Please specify the mail application as Ed mentioned above, Mac OS X mail or Outlook for Mac? Also provide the error message.

    Run Get-ExchangeServer | FL Name,*Admin* to check Exchange version, please upgrade to latest version.

    First, confirm the method to access Exchange account using a Mac:

    Second, ensure Autodiscover works correctly, also check for the Exchange Web Services by MRCA.

  • What mail application would that be?  Perhaps you might want to post in a forum specific to that app.
