  • I turned my PC on this morning and the blue screen appeared after I logged in.

    Can someone help me, since I don't understand what's going happening and I don't know much about computers, please?

  • The Stop 0x0000000A (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory (for writing, as indicated by the value of the BCP3 parameter) at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.
    The error that generates this bug check usually occurs after the installation of a faulty device driver, system service, or BIOS.
