Yet another silly speech recognition question. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Yep! there is no speech recognition support on win 7 for Turkish. I got that... But Since I can not enter to ANY setting about it, I can not make it work in english. Is It possible to use english speech recognition on a Turkish language win7?

I do not know if ms speech recognition is a commander or a dictator type (maybe both). If commander mode is availible then since it will clutch to wavelet sample database I will train it to, why does it need language pack. (What do I mean?) (Well I mean, you guys at microsoft CAN support speech commander mode on any language...Even dummy FFT-time track modelled sr systems can do command recognition, you have the chinese gurus, make them work.... :) )

    Yours sincerely.

  • Hi,

No, you can not use English speech recognition on a Turkish language Windows 7.

You may install English language package via Windows Update. Then you can use the Speech recognition in English.
