Office crashing

Question
-
My Outlook 2010 crashes on startup. Same issue when I created a new profile in control panel. I've found this kb article but it seems not the same issue, already have the update installed but the issue persists. Maybe I should consider to upgrade to Office 2016.

Hi Klord,
Are you running the 64-bit version of Outlook 2010?
By "already have the update installed", do you mean the KB 4461529 mentioned in your thread? If this is the case, please refer to the "Known issues in this security update“ section to install the KB4461585 in order to resolve the crash issue. For more details, please refer to the article below:Outlook 2010 crashes on startup after installing November Public Update KB 4461529
If this doesn't apply to your situation, please have a check at the Event Viewer when the issue occurs and see if anything relevant would be recorded out there.
Any update, feel free to post back.
Regards,
Yuki Sun

Hello,
Microsoft Outlook has stopped working or hanging or freezing while running is one of the most common problems faced by users. You can refer to one of the already discussed forum first.

Still, your issue is not resolved, then go through the following blog and try the methods discussed in it.

Hope this may help you.
