  • You probably can't.  You can try configuring your profile to point to that OST, but if it isn't linked to the online mailbox you're using, you're probably not going to be able to open it.  There may be third-party OST crack tools available but I am doubtful of their value.

Reconnect to the mailbox and Outlook will build a new OST.

  • Hi,

Ed is right. Microsoft Outlook 2010 doesn’t support manually opening or importing items from an offline Outlook Data File (.ost):

    Please refer to: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Open-or-import-items-from-an-offline-Outlook-Data-File-ost-A584963E-A66D-4D9D-8845-31CB270F6880

    Hope it helps.

    Regards,

  • Whenever questions are asked about this topic, the vendor shills come out of the woodwork.  Be careful of vendor employees posing as customers giving fake testimonials, and consider how crappy their software must be for them to have to resort to this kind of deceit.

  • Vendor shill above and probably below.

Their tool must really be crap for them to have to pose as customers giving testimonials.
