Cannot get Lync Clients to access Exchange Server RRS feed

  • Question

  • Trying everything - done tons of searches but get nowhere.

I have Lync Server 2010 running fine - can make calls everywhere.

Have Exchange Server 2010 running fine - emails flowing no problem everywhere.

However, I cannot integrate Lync with Exchange.

I've made the dial plan, made the AA all that.

I know my question is general and there's not a lot of specifics (yet), but what's a starting point to debug this?

Any links/pages/scripts I can run to debug this?

    The main symptoms are

    1) Pressing "Calendar"or "Call Logs" on a Lync Phone (using Aastra and HP hard phones) gives the following:

Connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable.  Please contact your support team.

    2) Pressing "Call Voice Mail" on the phone gives:

Call unsuccessful.  Voice Mail is unavailalble right now. Please try again later.

I get the same results when I use the Lync Soft Client.
