Unable to download Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB951847) x86 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I've tried to download above mentioned but couldn't. Have dowloaded Update for Windows (KB947821) & tried downloading the Framework service pack, but failed to do so.

    Below is the CBS CheckSUR log:

    Please download the files from the following site and then copy them to C:\Windows\servicing\Packages to replace the old files:

    Thanks very much. I'm able to see the files now but I'm not able to save it. Think I'll have to try to figure out how to enable my administrator account 1st. Can I try to figure out my pc 1st and let you know when I'm ready. & you send me the file again?

  • how do u copy them to C:\Windows.......  i am trying to hide the update because it won't install and keeps wanting to update on automatic updates and i don't know how to disable automatic updates.  my email is beverly_davis08@comcast.net.  I would appreciate ANY help.
