Is it possible to create a workflow using both a RelationshipSubscription and InstanceSubscription with criteria? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone has this working or know if it does (or is supposed to) work?

That is, a workflow that triggers based on a relationship subscription but also only if the criteria for the instance subscription is met?

    Thanks,

    Rob

"It is not possible to combine relationship subscriptions with property value criteria.  The way to do this would be to have a relationship subscription that applied a template to set a property value.  Then have a second subscription which looks for the property value to be populated and also uses other properties as criteria."

  • Ah, thanks, Anton. That's a shame, as Travis's suggestion won't work for what I want to do but I can contrive a way to do it
