  • is there any changes before this issue happen? (install, uninstall, update) SW or Windows

If you already back to the earlier restore point and still cant solved this issue, maybe this issue related to the broken registry that cause by install/unistall software like Deamon virtual HDD or else

I suggest run system file checker

if still cant solved maybe this related to the virus or malware, try to scan your PC

  • There does not seem to be one common theme with these files, they seem to be occurring across a variety of components and applications. The one thing that is most often indicated is memory corruption, have you run a memory test yet?

To run a memory test in Windows 8.1, simply enter Diagnose at the Start Screen and select Diagnose your computer’s memory problems from the results. Select to reboot and run the test.

This is a new PC and has played up since I took ownership of it. Should I do a fresh install? Hope to avoid it as I have loaded it with all my programs.
