UAG Exchange 2010 OWA Error_Code=51 has resulted in too many redirects RRS feed

  • Windows 2008 R2, UAG 2010 4.0.1101.0 (no sp1), Exchange 2010

    When logging into owa through UAG, received error from browser.

    The webpage at https://outlook.company.com/internalsite/internalerror.asp?site_name=trunk1&secure=1&error_code=51 has resulted in too many redirects.

    No changes were made, from looking at session logs some users were able to log in. When the first user reported this last night, I was able to log in though he couldn't. When I came in this morning, I wasn't able to log in anymore.

    What I did was run "Activate" from the File menu on the UAG and started working again. Again no changes were made to config for weeks\months. I'm thinking the activate just "reinitialized" again. Can't find much info, but seems like UAG was acting finiky from the HTTP to HTTPS redirects, possibly some threshold or some other reason.

  • Do you have multiple Exchange 2010 Sites with multiple CAS Servers?


    It sounds like a CAS Redirection / Proxy issue.
