I have an older system windows vista////// help and support will not run and I have a major problem where I need it,,,I cant download anything so that will not help if I have to download something//////when I try to run/save ect after its completed
it automatically deletes anything ive tried to download---it has the red security logo and says in the box file was deleted it contained a virus see help and support for more info------help and support has not worked for months,,but the run/save/download issue
is new,,,and there is no virus..ive tried everythin I can think of....disabled antivirus,,defender,,,any security to try to download anything but it will not let me run/save./download PLUS the help/support will not work,,,,,,I do not want to buy another
computer if this one can be fixed,,,please helPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP
