    Which email client are you using? If you are using Outlook, which type of email account are you using? POP3, IMAP or Exchange? Who is your mail provider?

    Do you mean you cannot access your old emails and folders? If so, did you get any error prompt?

    Please provide more details so that we can resolve the issue more efficiently. Thank you for your understanding.
