I have tried to solve this question in Microsoft Community, was said to post it here by Lizette Ags.
"We are serving an online shop that sends huge amount of messages daily. We have just found out we have a deliverability problem when sending emails to hotmail/live/outlook/msn email accounts - our emails are landing in the spam folder.
Our domain has a good reputation, our email complaint rate is < 0.1%, spam trap hits is close to 0. We're enrolled in SNDS and JMRP. We have reverse DNS, DKIM,SPF, SSL in place in our email server.
We are a responsible company, and have mechanisms in place to deliver emails with good judgment. E.g.: Unsubscribe link in every email sent, we add alt tags for the pictures, plain text version of email.
There are about 110 000 outlook/msn/live/hotmail customers that want to receive email notifications from us and are unable to do so, because suddenly our emails are going to spam.
We've gone through submitting a ticket at https://support.microsoft.com/
But it was of no use, becase 1st line of support will simply copy paste the Recommended Guidelines.
How can we reach someone more qualified to look into this?"
