  • Hi guys,

    my desktop: consist of  a SSD(250Gb)+HDD(2Tb)

    SSD: one partition

    HDD: two partitions

    Installed windows 7 system onto SSD and windows xp system onto HDD. my desktop installed many softwars  for charting such as:autocad and other GIS softwares. Have used about 5 months, now the two system is too slow and almost can't opened the charting softwares. please give me help, thank you very much!

    Also we could choose the system restore, it's a quick time to get a healthy state.

  • Click Start and type in the search box
    system information
    Click on the suggestion or hit the enter key

    You should land on the system summery page
    On the top left go to edit and Select all
    Then Edit again and Copy

    Open a reply here and right click and Paste.

    You can also after use clean boot

    There are some reasons could cause the system run slowly. I suggest that we could try uninstall the unnecessary file and program. Then we could try boot in Clean Boot to reduce the startup programs.

    Also it is very necessary to run a full virus or malware scan to clean the system.

    Meanwhile, if you have a system restore point and back up the important data, we could use the system restore to get a healthy state.

  • Thank you all! but i still don't find the root cause! Is there any anti-virus software free and don't need link to Ethernet while installing the antivirus software ?
