Giving users permission to close opened shared file sessions for other users? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Users often can't edit an Excel file because it's already opened on another machine. I've come across unlocker 1.9.2, where you can right click on a file and close all opened sessions.

The only issue non admin users do not have permissions to do this, is there a way to give certain users the rights to close other users opened filed sessions without giving them any other permissions I would not want?
