    I am getting this message. What could be the problem. I have checked the drivers and all seems to be updated with the latest version.

    According to BSOD error code E1, you can refer to Bug Check 0xE1: WORKER_THREAD_RETURNED_AT_BAD_IRQL (Windows Debuggers).


    To check the this issue, please locate the dump file in the \Windows\Minidump folder and upload it so that we can analyze it. Before we could get your Minidump files, you can check following:


    1. Update your BIOS, chipset and the drivers

    2. Scan the system to check for the virus

    3. Test the issue in Clean Boot and Safe Mode

  • What if it crashes in Safe Mode? Would that be due to back memory or bios version?
