Is this a recently happened issue? Have you made any changes to your laptop or Office products?
Try to launch Outlook in safe mode and see if this happens. This will help to determine whether the issue was caused by any third party add-ins:
Press Win + R and type "outlook.exe /safe" in the blank box, then press Enter.
Additionally, you may also try to repair Office product via control panel, which usually can fix lots of Office related issues:
