windows Live mail won't open

When I press the icon for Windows live mail, nothing happens or the blue circle just goes round. On starting task manages this program doesn't appear in the list of running or non responding programsFriday, January 23, 2015 6:07 PM

If you're currently having issues using Windows Live Mail please try to repair it by following these steps:
Type "Wlarp" into search (without the quotes of course) then press enter>repair all WLE programs
Wanikiya and Dyami--Team Zigzag

Hi,
In addition to others, you could check the log files, located here:
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WLSetup\LogsOr you could deleted the whole C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\Windows Live\.cache
folder, restarted the PC to check the result.Regards.
