If you're currently having issues using Windows Live Mail  please try to repair it by following these steps:

Type "Wlarp" into search (without the quotes of course) then press enter>repair all WLE programs

  • Hi,

In addition to others, you could check the log files, located here:
    C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WLSetup\Logs

Or you could deleted the whole C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\Windows Live\.cache
folder, restarted the PC to check the result.

    Regards.
