I have a similar problem.......when I boot my dell inspiron 1520. Started happening after I installed PC Tools Internet Security. It tends to go spastic and drum out a warning with half a dozen of these error boxes. Tried using regcure but that crapped out the pc. Fortunately had a restore point set which I was able to restore to. Sounds to me like best option is to restore the pc back to its original condition and start again. Should have did as my brother did and bought a Mac instead. he never has problems.
