Lync and CUCM Integration: Calls from CISCO IP phones to Lync not going thru RRS feed

  • Lync calls to CISCO IP phones is OK. But CISCO IP phone to Lync ends up with a busy tone/time out after a long wait(not successful).

    I am seeing the SIP Invite on Wireshark but am not able to see the incoming SIP message on Lync Server Logging Tool with S4, SIP Stack, Mediation Server selected with all Flags.

    Been stuck with this issue for days and don't seem to be making any progress.

  • If you see the SIP invite is the destination IP and Port correct? Don't forget Lync and CUCM need to use TCP and Lync by default listens on 5068 not 5060 which is the default port on CUCM.

  • You should also check your trunk configuration for the Cisco callmanager.

    Have you try to disable Media Bypass and disable refer support to test?
