Hi there
Firstly please forgive me for being a newcomer to Service Manager, but I have successfully set up the SM Portal and have a question that I can't seem to find an obvious answer for.
How do I enable users to see a list of all open incidents - not just ones they've logged themselves?
My current setup is pretty much just out of the box so far - if someone could point me towards some good documentation that would be great.
