  • Hi there

    Firstly please forgive me for being a newcomer to Service Manager,  but I have successfully set up the SM Portal and have a question that I can't seem to find an obvious answer for. 

    How do I enable users to see a list of all open incidents - not just ones they've logged themselves?

    My current setup is pretty much just out of the box so far - if someone could point me towards some good documentation that would be great.

  • The out-of-the-box portal lacks lots of features. And you can't customize it that much so it will allow you to use it more like an analyst portal. You should take a look at 3rd party instead. Cireson, Syliance, Gridpro are some good ones.
