delete a program in a users account server 2008r2 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi There,

I have a user who cannot get her adobe reader to work correctly. I have uninistalled it from the server and reinstalled it. I am now wondering if there is a way to uninstall it from her user account and reinstall it on her user account? The user loggs in remotely to server 2008r2.

  • Am I correct in assuming that you're talking about this user in a Remote Desktop session (on an RDSH server)?  There may be special considerations for Reader working on a remote desktop session host that require the application to be installed while the system is in "Install" mode.
