Upgrade from pro 7 32bit to windows 10 enterprise

Is there a way I update from win7 pro to win 10 enterprise without having to re-image, I have over 28k devices that need to be done and tiring not to touch every machine.Sunday, February 21, 2016 9:00 PM

No way. Windows 10 Enterprise is 64-bit and there is no direct route to upgrade from any 32-bit Windows to a 64-bit Windows system. All the device drivers will have to 64-bit drivers. 32-bit drivers will not work on a 64-bit system.

Hi Christopher,
As Balaji M Kundalam said, Windows 10 Enterprise 32-bit can used for your devices.
But, as we all know, the only way to install 64-bit system on a machine which used 32-bit system before is system reinstallation.
