  • Question

  • If the current version of EndPoint is alraedy installed on a PC that is getting the 2012 SCCM client via a push with Endpoint will Endpoint get reinstalled or will SCCM detect that it is alraedy at the correct version and not reinstall?

  • It won't reinstall. I'm not sure if ConfigMgr outright detects that it's already there so it doesn't reinstall of if the SCEP installer does this. Same end result though. You can test a client and check the EndpointProtection log in the COnfigMgr client agent logs folder and it should tell you.
