New phone, same phone number, notifications not received RRS feed

  • I got a new phone and transferred my SIM across, installed Authenticator but when i try and access my work Teams sites the 2F authentication fails as it says it has sent notification to my phone but the message doesn't arrive.

    My email address is registered in the APP against the company but when i try to restore from backp it tells me that my email address doesn't exist! 

    I can't get into the security info pages on the myprofile.microsoft.com site as this requires authentication and we go round in a loop.

    Any ideas how i can fix this?
