User is not getting notifications from Service manager when a user log a case/Incident request. RRS feed

  • Hello,

    we are using System Center Service Manager 2012 R2 and Service manager is using as a incident management system/helpdesk to manager tickets/SLA etc.

    Earlier everything was working fine. when a user log a case form Self service portal he gets email notification on his email ID, but suddenly since 3 days we are not getting any notification from service manager, also technician is not getting the same.

    we have checked SMTP is working fine. we are able to send email using command line.

    Please help on this.

  • we just reconfigured the SMTP configuration. and re-enabled subscriptions. now everything is working fine.
