  • Have you tried to perform an IISreset and checked the Application Pool is running?

  • Hi,

May we know the current system locale for the problematic computers/users? See below exmaple:

    get-winsystemlocale

If the value is not 1033, we can change this to 1033 (en-us) to see if it helps.

    Hope the above information helps.

    Regards,

    Alex Zhu

  • Are these users members of the "Operator" role?

Do you have any corresponding error message in the event log?

This could be the same issue as this one : https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/systemcenter/en-US/7907fa85-80fe-4fe0-86c9-a11fec7d0b61/scom-2019-web-console-issue?forum=operationsmanagergeneral

  • Hi,

Thank you for the reply. As suggested before, for testing purpose, we can try to change it to 1033 to see if the problem persists.

Also, As CyrAz suggested, is there any clue in the event viewer that we can track?

    Regards,

    Alex Zhu
