I tried to open the "Backup.1.exe" file I created using System Recovery on my HP Laptop with Windows Vista. I am working with my new Toshiba Laptop with Windows 7.
I recieved the following message:
"Backup.1.exec - System Error
The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstallling the program to fix this problem."
I tried to use Program Compatibility, but it could not solve the problem...Please help...
