There is an certificate in Exchange Server named: Microsoft Exchange Server Auth Certificate
Any idea what does this cert for ?
What is the proper steps to renew the cert? Any user impact if I perform cert renew during office hour?

Hi,
Microsoft Exchange Server Auth Certificate is used for server-to-server authentication and integration by using OAuth.
You can check the similar thread provided by Andy for more details.
If Microsoft Exchange Server Auth Certificate is expired, you need to set the newly created certificate to be used for server authentication, and reset IIS. If it isn't expired, you just need to renew it without creating a new cert. For more reference: Renew an Exchange self-signed certificate
