    Thank you for posting.

     

    At first, please completely remove the display adapter driver, reboot the computer and install the latest version of its driver to see how it works.

     

    If the issue persists, please also let us know the brand and model of this display adapter for our further research.

    thank you for your reply.

    i have toshiba satellite L300-OHH windows vista home premium 64bit verstion service pack 2 with
    intel 4 series express chipset family GMA 4500MHD driver version 7.15.10.1688
    but the problem still persists here is the error code after installing this driver my screen
    sometimes goes black for few seconds than comes back again i will show now two error
    messages below for you to see. Do you think i should go back to the original driver from
    supported toshiba website driver version 7.15.10.1502 ??
    Please reply, and thank you a lot for your help on this.
    (P.S. everything was fine before and i think because i was doing windows update something
    happened with my video card and now it's all screwed up. I can't change 3D setting anymore and
    when i play video game i have two black lines on both sided of the display)
