Hi,
I have 2 site collections. Is it possible to inherit permission from one site collection to another?
Is there anyway to achieve this?

Hi,
We cannot inherit permission across site collection.
You can try to copy permission between site collection, here are two articles about this:
http://mosswat.blogspot.com/2009/02/how-to-copy-permissions-between-site.html
But I think better option would be to make that group a security group in active directory and add that security group to each of the site collections. Then all you need to do is assigning the group with same permission level.

Hi,
The inheriting permissions between the SiteCollections are not possible.
Because the each SiteCollection has its own Security Model. Has its own User Information List, there the Users and Groups are added to the Site. These are unique to the Site Collection Level.
